- Pre-Clean inspection
- Hydro pressure clean entire roof tile surface, removing all moss, lichen and surface grime
- Apply fungicidal wash
- Replace broken tiles, where necessary
- Repoint, rebed ridges and hips where necessary
- Remove loose debris from gutter trough where necessary
- Apply protective sealant, if required (Clear or Colour)
- Moss Lichens and debris can block guttering, downpipes and soakaways
WORKS CAN BE UNDERTAKEN ALL YEAR ROUND
